The detachable plug on the Comarco 70-Watt AC Adapter can crack if the plug's swivel connector is extended beyond the 90 degrees of allowed rotation.  This can expose internal live connections and create a potential for electric shock or electrocution.   If the unit is plugged in at the time, anyone touching the live connections could receive an electrical shock.  Comarco has received no reports of injuries.

Owners of the Comarco 70-Watt AC Adapter with swivel connector should complete the information listed below to register and qualify for product replacement.  All owners of the affected adapter will be eligible for a replacement plug.
